摘要
•Histopathological analysis showed EEP supplementation mitigated histoarchitectural changes in liver and renal tissues in rats induced rhodamine b.•Network pharmacology constructed the core targets of evaluated compounds of saurauia vulcani against Hepato-renal carcinoma include TP53, AKT1, UBC, VEGFA, BCL2, PTGS2, HIF1A, CYP3A4, NOS3, CYP7A1, ALB, SRC, MTOR, CTNNB1, and EGFR genes.•The pathway analysis demonstrated that EEP relieved hepato-renal carcinoma through HIF-1, PI3K-Akt, FoxO, and MAPK signaling pathway.•The molecular docking studies showed that the evaluated compounds of saurauia vulcani could be an underlying for the further experimental investigation against Hepato-renal carcinoma.
