摘要

•Over 1000 long-term survivors after allo-HCT responded to this QoL survey.•Mild symptoms led to significantly impaired physical QoL compared with no GVHD.•Mild symptoms in the lungs, GI, and joints clinically meaningfully worsened QoL.•Physicians underestimated changes in QoL, especially for patients with no/mild GVHD.•Future studies are needed to address the effect of interventions after HCT.
