Survey and Analysis on the Metro Commercial Development in Shenzhen City

The metro commercial development plays a very important role in the international metropolitans. Shenzhen has entered into a fast track in metropolitan subway construction, and the related commercial opportunities are emerging. The Shenzhen metro commercial development should learn from the business model and experience from the international metropolitan, turn the metro construction into metro economy with value added service and benefits. The paper surveys on the metro commercial development in Shenzhen and analyzes the possible problem. Based on the result of survey and analyses, this article puts forward the conclusion and suggestion in the end.
