听骨链重建术后听力不佳患者的HRCT影像评估

Abstract
随着近年来CT空间分辨率的提高及重建软件的发展,多层螺旋CT后处理技术已经可以多方位显示中耳细微结构,并使细小解剖结构的三维体积重建更加清楚、更加快捷,其在中耳术前诊断中的应用价值已很明确[1-2],成为诊断中耳炎及听骨破坏的金标准.但对听骨链重建术后的评估文献报道则较少.笔者搜集了70例经颞骨1024高分辨CT检查的听骨链重建术后患者的病历资料,探讨听骨链重建术后颞骨高分辨CT重建技术的诊断价值.
