Fault-Tolerant Networks-on-Chip Routing With Coarse and Fine-Grained Look-Ahead

Fault tolerance and adaptive capabilities are challenges for modern networks-on-chip (NoC) due to the increase in physical defects in advanced manufacturing processes.
