Abstract
目的:研究人类eag相关基因(herg基因)及其表达的hERG蛋白在喉癌中的表达情况.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法和real-time PCR技术对30例喉癌组织标本及20例癌旁2 cm黏膜组织中的herg基因及hERG蛋白的表达进行检测.结果:①免疫组织化学分析hERG蛋白在喉癌组织的阳性率为76.7％(23/30),而在癌旁2 cm黏膜组织中的阳性率为10.0％(2/20),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).②real-time PCR分析喉癌组织中herg基因的mRNA表达是癌旁2 cm黏膜组织的3.25倍.结论:herg基因在喉癌中呈高水平表达可能与肿瘤的发生、发展有关.
