摘要

•Treatment with eCG/FSH increases HAS2, FSHR and LHR transcription in goat cumulus cells.•The increase in HAS2, FSHR, LHR and Cx43 expression in goat COCs is unrelated to maturation competence.•HAS2 gene upregulation seems to be more important for bovine IVM than for goat IVM.
