摘要
•NPSR protein was distributed in the substantia nigra and globus pallidus in mice.•NPS infused into SN increased the locomotor activity in mice.•SHA 68, an antagonist of NPSR, blocked the locomotor stimulant effect of NPS.•Hyperlocomotion of NPS was counteracted by CRF1 antagonist Antalarmin.•Expression of c-Fos in SN was increased after NPS delivered into SN.
