Abstract

Bile leak (BL) remains a commonly encountered biliary complication following OLT and is still a significant source of morbidity that affects the outcome of the surgery. Most experts advocate endoscopic therapy (ERCP) for BL following OLT as first line therapy but experience is still evolving with such therapy.
