摘要
lymphoma, 2 as having enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma and 1 as having Burkitt lymphoma. The relationships between the histological types and the macroscopic types were documented in the following table. More than half of the DLBCL (52%), Mantle (52%) and MALT (56%) tumors showed up as the Polypoid type macroscopically. On the other hand, FL tumors showed various macroscopic types. A majority of DLBCL (63%) and FL (78%) tumors were distributed in the ileocecal region. Mantle tumors tended to be widely spread in various sites of the large intestine. Conclusions: The colorectal lymphoma showed macroscopically distinctive features depending on the histological types. The understanding of macroscopic classification by colonoscopy and their distribution might be helpful to diagnose the type of lymphomas.
