Abstract
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels measured from fluid obtained by EUS-FNA of pancreatic cystic neoplasms (PCN) are used to distinguish between mucinous and non-mucinous cysts. While high accuracy rates with levels >200 ng/ml for mucinous lesions has been reported, management of PCN with indeterminate CEA levels (5-200ng/ml) is unclear.
