Mo1328 SpyGlass® Peroral Cholangioscopy and Cholangioscopic Forceps Biopsy for the Diagnosis of Extrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma After Negative ERCP Brush Cytology and Negative EUS-Guided FNA Results

Sampling bile duct strictures for the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma remains challenging. We investigated the utility of the SpyGlass® cholangioscopy system for the diagnosis of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and its ability to make a tissue diagnosis in patients with nondiagnostic tissue sampling by ERCP cytology and EUS-FNA.
