Abstract
Pedestrians comprise a significant proportion of traffic accident injuries and fatalities. This is especially apparent in New York City (NYC), where in 2013 pedestrians comprised 60.8% of all traffic fatalities which was well above the national mean. We seek to evaluate the effect of alcohol influence on pedestrian injury in NYC by evaluating the population in Queens, NY.
