•IL-15-stimulated NK cell infusion after haplo-SCT is analyzed.•Six pediatric patients with refractory solid tumors.•No toxic effects related to cell infusion were observed.•Four of the 6 patients showed a clinical response.•aGvHD was likely due to haplo-SCT, rather than to NK cell infusion.
