Abstract
•We present our findings on a solution processable highly reflecting silver precursor ink.•Surface morphologies (AFM) for printed and evaporated Ag are investigated.•Optical properties of printed and evaporated Ag and of a flexo-printed Ag paste are presented.•We simulate the influence of varying electrode reflectivities on device performance.•Devices fabricated on printed and evaporated Ag show comparable performance.
