Abstract
The incidence of breast cancer in patients less than 35 years is increasing. Several retrospective analysis relate young age with a poor prognosis. Surgical treatment in these patients is still the subject of discussion. The objective of the study was to relate young age with an adequate diagnostic classification and the choice of surgical strategy.
