摘要
Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer and leading cause of cancer related mortality among women worldwide. Among its risk factors obesity is one the most important modifiable factors proven as a parameter that affects overall survival of the breast cancer patients but the cause is not clear. It is hypothesized that obese women have more aggressive tumor. This study aims to assess the correlation between body mass index and different prognostic factors such as tumor size, nodal status as well as lymph node ratio and some other important factors.
