Abstract
To further clarify the pathogenesis of dementia with Lewy bodies(DLB). At the age of 71 to 85 years of age, MMSE was 18–26 points, 9 cases of DLB with low perfusion in the the occipital lobe, and 36 cases of Alzheimer's disease (AD) with decreased blood flow in the cingulate gyrus , precuneus, parietal lobe, and temporal lobe. Frontal assessment battery (FAB) were performed at each group, and 3D-SSP analyzed the each SPECT, an increase of perfusion in the cerebrum were studied with DLB group and AD group. The DLB group, as compared to the group of AD, but frontal lobe function has declined, showed elevated blood flow in the frontal pole, the upper lobe of the frontal lobe, inner surface of the temporal lobe, and cerebellar hemisphere. In DLB, but this has changed with overactive functional decline rather than AD.
