摘要
•Cooling and antisolvent crystallization are combined in a dual impinging jet mixer.•Approach expands the application of DIJ mixers to more pharmaceutical compounds.•Drug crystals are continuously generated for a range of inlet jet velocities.•Size distribution transitioned from bimodal to unimodal as jet velocity increased.•Crystals have smaller size and aspect ratios than a conventional batch process.
