摘要
•The microstructure morphology is sensitive to the heating rate during the process of heating up to the solution temperature.•The effects of heating rate on the alloy element partitioning and mechanical properties have been investigated by experiments and mesoscopic simulations.•The phase field simulation reveals the evolution of microstructure and composition at the non-equilibrium state and verifies the above experimental results well.
