An Analysis of Some Factors Affecting the Health Conditions of University Students

Purpose Some reference basis to promote university students' health conditions can be made by analyzing some factors affecting university students' health condition.Approach 863 students from two representative universities in Hainan Province are chosen to answer the questionnaire based on the survey and analysis of factors affecting university students' health conditions.Result The factors can fall into different categories,such as bad living style,sports participation,healthy or unhealthy diets,smoking,drinking and stress in studies.Conclusion In order to promote university students' health conditions,it plays a positive role to strengthen the education and publicity of valuing both physical and mental health of university students and to have sports scientifically with suitable entertainments on the one hand and on the other hand to prevent and treat both common and epidemic diseases,and to strengthen the prevention and treatment of psychological problems so as to create an optimized atmosphere for study.
