摘要
•The convective transfer coefficients are estimated from CFD calculations.•A new correlation for the Nusselt number is proposed for turbulent flow.•1-D heat and mass transport model is used for temperature and moisture calculations.•A single Arrhenius-type temperature dependent diffusion coefficient is used.•Satisfactory accuracy is obtained for the whole range of experimental conditions.
