Abstract
Introduction: Purulent pericarditis is a rarely seen clinical entity. Its development is usually casued by the extension of a nearby infection locus or septicaemia. Pyogenic pericarditis caused by liver abscess belongs to these rarely seen clinical profile. Case Report: G.I., 60 year old female patient whose anamnesis includes cholecystectomy, T2DM, hypertonia and duplex duodenal ulcer.
