Corrigendum to “Abundance of calpain and aggrecan-cleavage products of calpain in degenerated human intervertebral discs” [Osteoarthritis and Cartilage 2011;19(10): 1254–1262]

The authors regret that the names of two very important contributors (Akira Hara, and Ayako Taguchi) have been accidentally and mistakenly omitted from the authors list. Their names were only listed in the Acknowledgement Section. However, we are very sure that they have made a great contribution in the immunohistochemistry not only in the technical supporting but also in the analyses of data and discussion. Importantly, immunohistochemistry is one of the very important parts of the present study. Therefore, the author list of our paper is changed from the old one (S. Fukuta, K. Miyamoto, K. Suzuki, H. Maehara, T. Inoue, K. Kikuike, K. Shimizu) into a new one as following. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
