Abstract
Objective: Contralateral prophylactic mastectomy (CPM) is increasing across the country. Given the favorable cosmetic results of breast reconstruction, we sought to evaluate the impact of breast cancer surgery on sexual function. A survey incorporating the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) was employed. We aim to evaluate the association between surgical modalities and a woman's sexual function.
