Abstract
Objectives: Wilms tumor gene product (WT1) is a tumor marker that is positively expressed in approximately 90% of fallopian tube and ovarian serous adenocarcinomas. Cervical serous carcinoma is rare. WT1 was used to distinguish metastatic fallopian tube serous adenocarcinoma that presented clinically mimicking cervical serous carcinoma, and was thus critical in guiding appropriate management.
