摘要

•Fukushima Unit 3 sequence was calculated with MELCOR 2.1.•Several sensitivity cases were performed to address uncertainties.•Around 1500kg of hydrogen were produced in-vessel.•The main accident signatures were reproduced with the calculation.•Combustible conditions were calculated at the time of the observed hydrogen explosion.
