Abstract
•This paper was aimed at the validation of SuperMC of criticality calculations.•ICSBEP was adopted to validate the criticality calculation function and the correctness of SuperMC.•The results for criticality safety benchmark cases showed a good agreement with experimental data.•Preliminary analysis for selected elements were discussed. The future optimization for nuclear data of non-fission elements may lead to improvements of the calculation results.
