Abstract
new method for producing polyfluoroalkylacrylate latexes for surface modification of chemical fibers using ultrasonic dispersion was examined. The influence of ultrasound (US) on the principal kinetic parameters of the polymerized systems and the colloidal and chemical properties of the resulting latexes were studied. It was shown that finely dispersed latex produced by mini-emulsion polymerization using US was significantly more effective for surface modification of fibers.
