Abstract
The analysis of new data on pi(+/-) He-4 interaction at T-pi = 106 MeV provided information on the in-medium modifications of the Delta resonance and revealed signatures of the excitation of a nuclear collective state. Evidences for a reaction channel with thermal emission of photons are also presented.
