383 Agenesis of the Right Pulmonary Artery with Severe Pulmonary Hypertension: Therapy with Bilateral Lung Transplantation and Goretex-Conduit Interposition

Methods and Materials: Case presentation: A 45 year old woman with right sided CAPA developed severe pulmonary hypertension accompanied by severe tricuspid valve insufficiency, right heart failure and severe cyanosis. After recompensation by medical treatment she was treated with bilateral lung transplantation, implantation of a 16 mm teflon vascular graft between the donor pulmonary artery and recipient trunc and tricuspid valve annuloplasty.
