Reconditioning of Lungs with Pulmonary Edema in Ex Vivo Lung Perfusion Circuit

To utilize marginal donor organs for lung transplantation, ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) could provide further assessment and preservation on lung functions. The purpose of this experiment was to establish EVLP circuit and to assess its possibility of reconditioning lung injuries.
