摘要
Indoleamine 2.3-Dioxygenase (IDO) is an inducible enzyme present intracellularly in several cell types including monocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells with an immunosupressive effect on the lymphocyte population. In kidney transplantation IDO has been proposed as a marker of graft rejection, but its role in heart transplantation (HT) is uncertain.
