Abstract
We proposed a simple dipping treatment with hydriodic acid (HI) at low temperature to fabricate highly conductive, transparent, uniform and flexible graphene oxide (GO) and poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) hybrid film. Using the optimized hybrid film as anode, a fascinating flexible organic light-emitting diode (FOLED) has been demonstrated.
