Abstract
•We screened for anti-allergic lactic acid bacteria (LABs) using KU812F.•Specific LABs suppressed the Ca2+ influx triggered by IgE crosslinking.•Specific LABs suppressed histamine release triggered by Ca2+ influx.•Five candidate anti-allergic LAB strains suppressed both the increase.
