摘要
•The combined investigation of the H-SWNTs by highly chemically sensitive X-ray methods is presented.•The formation of the CH covalent bonds in the H-SWNTs is observed.•The SWNT graphite skeleton does not destroy during H atoms’ attachment.•The hybridization of the 2s and 2p valence electron states of the SWNT carbon atoms changes from the sp2 to sp3.
