Abstract
The present paper describes the molar morphology of primitive arvicolines Mimomys cf. davakosi, Mimomys cf. gracilis, Pliomys cf. destinatus, Pitymimomys ex gr. inceptor from Zverinogolovskoye locality. The biochronology and biostratigraphy of identified taxa indicate the Early to Middle Pliocene (latest Ruscinian to early Villanyian, MN 15 – MN 16a) age for the Zverinogolovskoye mammalian assemblage. The vole fauna includes common species occurring in Western Europe and West Siberia.
