Abstract

Conclusions: POPH that responds to vasodilator therapy is an appropriate indication for OLT with excellent potential for longterm graft and patient survival -functional class after OLT appears similar to the outcome for other indications.The majority of patients require oral vasodilators for recurrent PHT.
