Effect of Fampridine-PR (prolonged released 4-aminopyridine) on the manual functions of patients with Multiple Sclerosis
Journal of the Neurological Sciences(2016)
摘要
•Fampridine-PR significantly improves manual function of PwMS following one month of treatment.•The following two months of Fampridine-PR treatment increase clinical improvement.•The percentage of PwMS who respond to Fampridine-PR depends on the task and on the threshold used to assess the response.•Due to the complex nature of manual function, one single task is not able to detect changes in performance over time.•A battery of tasks are necessary to assess manual function in disease management and in the evaluation of drug therapy.
