摘要
Three kinds of alloy carbides Fe6-xMoxC were precipitated during the transformation of austeniteto-bainite in molybdenum alloyed steel under the conditions of 12-T magnetic field and conventional treatment. The magnetic field induced Fe atom concentration in Fe6-xMoxC carbides was increased. The higher Fe atom content among three carbides (Fe2Mo4C, Fe3Mo3C and Fe4Mo2C) makes magnetic Gibbs free energy decreased remarkably. The measured aspect ratio of (Fe,Mo)(6)C carbides was ranged from 1 : 1.16 to 1 : 1.25, which was consistent with the calculated result according to the minimum energy principle. It was suggested that the high magnetic field had no visible influence on the morphology of (Fe, Mo)(6)C carbides.
