Model for High Tc-Superconductivity

摘要

A model for high Tc-superconductivity in La2−xMxCuO4 and YBa2Cu3O7 systems is discussed. We argue that in La2CuO4 systems superconductivity results partly from electron-phonon coupling, but in YBa2Cu3O7 presumably dominantly from attractive coupling of the Cu2+ outer d-electron to the oxygen p-holes.
