摘要

α-Chiral nitrile carbanions generated by deprotonation of enantioenriched O-carbamoyl cyanohydrins (I) are trapped in situ with ethyl cyanoformate (II) to give corresponding ester derivatives (III) in high yields and good enantioselectivity.
