摘要

•A duplex coating was fabricated through combining MAO and baking layer.•A baking coating with a thickness of 92μm was created on MAO-coated Mg alloy.•The duplex coating noticeably improved the corrosion resistance of Mg alloy.•The related corrosion and wear mechanisms were investigated.
