摘要

•N+ implantation and DLC composite layer can reduce the wear of CoCrMo alloy.•Nitridation layer will decrease the electrochemical stability of DLC film on CoCrMo alloy.•The nitrided/DLC composite layer should be cautiously used in implanted device.
