摘要

•Lamprey neuropeptide Y receptors Y1 and Y2 were identified and cloned.•The Y1 receptor was shown to respond to lamprey NPY, PYY and PMY.•The previously identified Y1-like lamprey receptor was confirmed to be subtype Y4.•In total four neuropeptide Y receptors have been identified in lampreys: Y1, Y2, Y4 and Y5.
