SÍNDROME CARDIO PULMONAR POR HANTA VIRUS. REPORTE DE UN CASO

a Interno de Medicina, b Medico ABSTRACT The hantavirus zoonotic infectious diseases are caused by different viruses of the genus Hantavirus, biological transmission is mediated primarily by rodents and comprises two clinical: hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and cardiopulmonary syndrome Hantavirus, the latter being more frencuente in Latin America and that can lead to death in just 72hrs after starting the clinical picture. We present 32 patients with a history of 15 days camped in a rural, see box for Cardio-pulmonary syndrome Hantavirus of 4 days duration with hypoxemia management with noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the Intermediate Care Unit Regional hospital of Rancagua, Chile; positive developments and discharged at 4 days, and its favorable performance by the suspected diagnosis and early treatment and accurate.
