Abstract
传统的真菌鉴定方法主要根据真菌的形态学、生理生化特点、抗原构造等特征,但由于真菌种类众多、个体多态性明显,传统的鉴定方法常会得出假阳性或假阴性结果.尤其新发病原菌,很难从表型特征来鉴定.本实验通过形态学、生化反应、内转录间隔区(ITS)基因序列测定结合系统发育分析方法从1例尿路感染患者尿液中鉴定分离出Candida nivariensis,为国内首次报道该菌引起尿路感染病例.
