摘要

•Serum anti-BVDV IgG, IgG1 and IgG2b were increased in QB-90 and AE vaccines.•DTH response, splenocyte proliferation, Th1 cytokines were detected QB-90 group.•Production of IFN-γ by CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes were detected QB-90 group.•QB-90 is capable of stimulating both cellular and humoral immune responses.
