摘要
Drug doses are a critical factor in cancer chemotherapy [1,2], especially in agents with a steep dose response curve. Dose intensity (DI), the amount of drug given per time, correlates with treatment outcome in animal tumor models and has been the focus of interest in recent publications [3,4,5]. In the present study the influence of DI was evaluated in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who were treated in a multicenter study.
