Abstract
This research has focused on the process of segmenting the Postal Museum in Indonesia.. Studied aspects of segmenting are archetypal preferences, activity stages which include surveys, analysis and profiling, how to approach in segmenting and the results obtained. In this study the method used is descriptive method of qualitative, with data collection technique is observation, interview and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions (verification). Then to check the validity of data used triangulation techniques as examination techniques that utilize the use of sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Can be inferred from this research result that because the museum using technical non-segmenting without passing through the processes of segmenting activities and the result obtained was not conforming to expected.
